Refresh Bath Salt is a blend of aromatic fresh eucalyptus and thyme scents. Blended with dried herbs, sea salts and a blend of essential oils, for cleansing and purifying. It helps both emotionally and energetically to uplift, calm.
Traditional blend of respiratory herbs to deodorise, but also support with inflammation, muscle aches and pains. Also can be used for athlete’s foot, ringworm, bunions, etc. Great for skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis due to the body’s lack of magnesium and beneficial minerals that are naturally found in sea salts.
Mineral salts supports our body's lack of minerals through absorption of natural minerals, such as magnesium sulphate, potassium, copper, etc. While it also aids in detoxification of waste materials from our body.

HOW TO USE:
Scent: Refreshing Eucalyptus-Thyme
Multiple Uses: Foot/Bath soak, Sitz bath, Body/Hair/Foot scrub
Foot soak: Take 1 cup and pour in hot water and let it dissolve for 15 mins. Soak feet for 20-30 mins.
Salt scrub: Take 3-4 tsp and soak with blend of any of our herbal oil blend, or your preferred carrier oil.
Bath soak: Take 1-2 cups of salt blend and let it dissolve for 15 mins before soaking in.
